His career then took him west to Nebraska and ultimately to Colorado, where he thrived. Larry believes snow is best enjoyed against the backdrop of majestic mountains, and in Colorado, he facilitated the construction financing of countless custom homes nestled in the mountains and along the front range.

Larry's success is built on relationships, not just numbers. His dedication and ability to connect with clients—from the initial shovel breaking ground to the final walkthrough and closing—have resulted in an impressive track record: closing as many as 211 units per year, totaling over 5,000 homes.

Now residing just south of Nashville in Columbia, TN, Larry enjoys a fulfilling personal life.
